Z Train says:

Great information. Thank you! I hate bad check out experiences.

Mar Hernandez says:

Affiliate stores as well anyone? That's what I have in my area

AnnaMarie Channell says:

This new policy is going to be a game changer but I’m going to stick with Kroger through this.

Des C says:

My stores have always been 2 ip coupons

Michelle Jones says:

Believe this has already been in place for my stores. This doesn't seem too extreme, as long as it isn't misinterpreted. My store always limited printables to 2 like. Don't think this is going to make a big difference.

Melissa Peter says:

this doesn't surprise me with people misusing coupons and altering coupons it was bound to happen. I personally don't use printable coupons but for those people who do this really sucks.

Marcia Boyd says:

I am in Cincinnati and I have been limited to 2 printed coupons for about a year now. I do not use printed coupons often. It was a surprise when they first stopped me. I was one of the few times that I did have printed coupons. LOL

Kimberly Beckham says:

I'm already used to only using 2 ips. I also don't shop at Kroger a lot because of that.

ajennine says:

I'm just…ughhhhh!

Gwen Ellison says:

I knew about the limit of 2 LIKE IPQs, but it will be interesting to see if 2 total is enforced.

Zeferina Pina says:

😥😥😥

Jilana M says:

This mirrors what I mentioned happened to me last week with the deodorant. The 5X did not automatically stack with the buy 5 save 5 store sale. The manager had to do an override to make it work. My guess is they have changed their policies to maintain a level of profitability. We will likely have to keep our eyes open for deals with work with rebate apps like Ibotta instead of stacking coupons or sales. For me, this will be a huge challenge as my family has gone Keto. I will see what happens with the new policy in practice instead of panicking, but without the deals, Kroger is a lot less interesting to me.

Amber Howard says:

My store has been this way for a while 😕 I use clicklist and they don’t care lol. It’s just easier for me.

Breean jaeger says:

when I started couponing Kroger doubled coupons ! But this is the policy that mine has followed for the last couple years.

Paula Gandal says:

thank you for sharing this just wow , but I still love kroger gonna work this out

sheri kloss says:

Hi thank you for this I went to 3 different Kroger in Morgantown WV last week all stores new to me. 1st store I shopped that I could use 5 like coupons. Got to register and that store said whatever the limit on coupon is what I could use. Next store 5 like as many as I wanted to use. I used 41 total. Last store said 1 coupon per item NO MATTER WHAT THE COUPON READS. I left that store.

Stephanie Stacy says:

I see nothing new, 5 like, managers discretion.

Angie Hughes-Martinez says:

This explains so much. I went Sunday to try and do the huggies spend $25 deal with the mega, and immediately a manager was called and she said I couldn't use any cupons because according to her no two coupons can be used on any item and she was saying that the mega sale is a manufacturer cupon so I couldn't use any other cupons on them. I left my basket. Today I went back today and the cashier took my two printable cupons, I had two clipped to my card and guess what? I had no issues. The manager on Sunday told me the policy was changed for Sunday morning. She was obviously wrong about the mega sale being a manufacturer cupon as it is a store sale, but I guess she was right about there being a change to the policy. I'm just glad that the mega events are not manufacturer cupons. I knew couponing would get harder as there's a lot of coupon fraud and abuse, and this doesn't hurt me too bad as for the past few months I have not been couponing at kroger, I mostly just buy groceries there in occasion. Walgreens is my store of choice. I even went there to do the diaper deal I had planned to do at kroger on Sunday and it turned out to be cheaper than at kroger ($2.33 per pack of diapers! Vs $3.34 per pack) and only used one printable. There's definitely ways around it as I figured out today before I watched your video. I just recommend everyone find the store that best works for them. Kroger may still be great if you already buy what they typically have on sale. Walgreens is an option for me as I mostly just need general household, beauty and some food items. I get most of my meals through a meal service. Kroger or walgreens is where I pick up extra snacks when my snack subscription boxes don't hit the spot and the staples: water milk, eggs. Good luck, cuponers!

Tammy Adams says:

I will still Kroger….but this is exactly what happened to me a few weeks ago that I had mentioned. And yesterday the 5X digital coupons were not working. Now just this past week Kroger mailed a bunch of coupons to us. There was 6 coupons for free products plus their usually type coupons. So maybe this is their way of making up for what they changed….but time will tell.

Maria Castillo says:

I am so confused about couponing at Kroger. If I buy 2 bags of huggies and I have a 2dollars off 1 digital coupon and 2 dollars off 1 paper coupon would they accept both? Because when I did it last week my paper coupon didn't come off.

Val H says:

Well that sucks I just bought a lazer printer over the weekend for the internet printable ones because I was spending a fortune in ink with the old printer ☹️

Couponing with Kris says:

I'm so sadden by THIS!! I went to Kroger this weekend and they refused to take ANY of my printable coupons. They directed me to call corporate and after waiting a lifetime on the phone I hung up and emailed them. All they did was send me the Kroger coupon policy. They said it's up to the store manager to take printable coupons or not. So much for trying to save on buying inserts….. 😒

Renee Long says:

They go to different checkstands

Renee Long says:

We were told to limit printable and they are doing it because a lot of times people being family members giving them 5 @they use 5 and they do militants lines and wipe out the shelves then we have to give raincheck so Kroger looses money we were told to cut down on printable and coupons on a supervisor that's what we were told

Felicia Dependable Angel Services says:

great video and information my store does 5

SHANDA SMITH says:

I always use printables literally the main thing I use. I feel that may be if they are having big issues with printable coupon fraud. I've never had an issue in my area and honestly don't think they will make me only use 2. I feel i have a great relationship with my stores.
