Jennifer Buckley says:

In life why is it ALWAYS the bad ones that find the scammy loop holes and ruin it for everyone?! Why is it so hard to just do the right thing???

Lizzie M says:

Looks like that means no more “5x coupons”. Just opened an email telling me about new available coupons. Saw some that said “weekly digitals” which we would normally be allowed to redeem 5x, are now limited to 3. What a bummer.

Hilario Arrez says:

Muchas gracias por tomar el tiempo de explicarnos 😊😊😊😊

Connie Pressley says:

Thank you Nick.

xthexcolorxredx says:

Does anyone have a problem with IP coupons not scanning (beeping) at Kroger? I think the scanner is picking up the wrong barcode (the barcode in the corner instead of the big one) and it always causes such a headache at the checkout because they think I'm using fraudulent coupons.

Dawn Washington says:

Thank you for updating us!

Leslie Smith says:

Okay the way I am reading the “Limit one Store/Manufacturer coupon per item purchase is either one or the other, not both. Either you can use a store coupon or a manufacturer coupon but only one. I would think they would have worded it “one store and one manufacturer coupon per item purchased” if you can use both together. I read it as the “/“ means either/or not both.

Blckbty X aka BBX says:

The verbiage says "we limit coupons to three (3) of the same coupons per day, per household unless otherwise noted restrictions on the coupon". To me that applies to coupons like covergirl that don't have a limit. So if the coupons say "limit 4 like coupons" then you can use up to 4 like coupons. What do you viewers think?

Anabelle Lopez says:

Thank you so much for clarifying the restrictions. I tried to purchase different items from the mega sale last week, but manager only allowed me to use a total of 2 coupons for my entire purchase, therefore, I had to cancel purchase for the rest of my items with coupons 😩

LeeLee_Island says:

Thanks for always giving us the updates, Nick. Your channel is awesome!!!

Debbie Hernandez says:

The one I go to they say that I can not use coupons on markdown items woohoo

Laura Woody says:

Ty Nick. Am 😟 about 1 store/mfr esp since they do several sales where to get item disc you have to use store digital and not mfr. Also, I have had several problems with coupon beeps for the correct item. For example, always with Perdue. According to policy, I might never be able to use a coupon on that brand because it will never go through

Sandy beach beeper says:

I believe this new policy statement makes it more open to interpretation than ever. Uggggh

Iva Helf says:

Hi nick, thanks for keeping us honest with all the info you share and for all your hard work. I am going to look at my cup half full and are happy that at least we can still save money. with so many store closings it does not surprise me that they are tightening their policies.

Jayne Parrish says:

So does this mean if the item is 2.99 and the coupon beebs does it mean they can decline the coupon.

Latrell Williams says:

I understand the accepting of store/manufacture (digital or paper) to mean either or. One or the other but not both…

Gwen Ellison says:

That 3rd sentence seems to be about Kroger employees, board members, etc rather than customers. Maybe they get a commission for Plus Card signups and they are trying to avoid their folks setting up fake accounts or extra ones so customers have less of a chance at the DQs and KCBs.

Annette Wess says:

Thank you for the update. If my coupons aren’t excepted then I won’t do the deal.

marvetta_ says:

In regards to “All coupons will be accepted at face value on the purchase of the correct DESCRIPTION on the coupon: Brand, Size, Quantity, Color, Flavor”.
I think this could also be a good thing Nick! The word DESCRIPTION means a spoken or written representation or account of a person, object, or event. To me, that should mean the cashier should read the written description of an item and go by that instead of looking at the photo.

Debra Thompson says:

We can always protest. For couponers we would just put it out there that on this certain week no couponer would shop. The stores treat us bad because they just don't realize how much money we bring them. Let them go a week without money from couponers and I guarantee things would change.

Ana v says:

Thumbs up!! TFS

Jackie Luisier says:

Has anyone else noticed on the kroger cash back app that the product you what to buy and the qualifying products don't match. I just seen this because I was buying what I clipped but didn't receive any money back on my account. Ty

A.J BROWNE says:

My store will now only accept 3 manufacturer coupons. I think that Couponers will complain to cooperate and eventually they will relax. The color instruction is going to drive customers crazy. Bad move for Krogers in my area, Foodlion brought Bilo's in my area and all their competitors here take a minimum of 5 coupons publix takes 8 with no problem. Not including their competitors take each others coupons. VERY BAD, marketing move on their part.

D M says:

That Limit one store/manufacture coupon per item is still vague for me. It can also means just one coupon use either paper OR digital coupon per item. I hope I’m wrong.

The Mustard Couponer says:

I love that you always mention glittering being a big issue in the couponing community. My stores have been coupon police from day one of my coupon journey because of it lol. They've never allowed store/manufacturer stacking so I totally understand that for some people that these new rules are a bummer but I promise it'll all be OK.

As couponers we collect this stuff so fast we may not notice the change all that much. And if it's what you do to help your family stick inside a budget, we always find a way to work around it. These new rules look like it'll probably just mean an extra trip or two to the store or shopping around at a few in your area 🙂

Tanya Winje says:

I find that these rules are all cashier dependent. Meaning I have some cashiers that take everything and give me the discount. Others go by the exact policy and stick to the limits/rules. The 3 limit rule is a bummer. Thanks for this policy review video…news to me.

Cymba McReynolds says:

My Kroger affiliate limits 5 total coupons per transaction, excluding digitals. No printables accepted. I think they misread the "5 like coupon" limit on the policy at the time. I missed out on a lot of deals because of the inconvenience. My store isn't open right now and not applying any digitals to online pickup orders. I wish all stores had to follow corporate rules for a uniform experience. Or at least, show cashiers a short "how to read coupons" youtube video during training
