Jay, this was a great video, I was just recently shown how to use the coupon code for my mini sessions & it worked out great. Do you actually sell through the use of the store, such as WHCC will print them & send them to your clients for you, but they can go into the gallery and pick out the photo size they want & click on "BUY ". How well does that work out for you and do you think it helps you sell more ? Thanks so much 💜 btw – cute puppy dog …
I am new to Pixieset. When customers order things from the store, will they go directly to the customer? If so, will the store's cost include shipping and handling?

Hi Jay, great video! With coupons & packages, is there a way to share them across multiple collections? ie. offering 20 images but selecting 10 images across 2 different collections with the same price list/coupon discount? I've noticed once you leave a collection it clears out the cart. Thanks

Hey I’ve been trying to set up my print shop for portrait clients! One thing I’m hitting a wall with is getting the shop item photos to populate using photos from the gallery instead of the pixieset stock photos. Can you shed any light on that?

Thanks. New to Pixieset, so still learning the ropes. This helps. About canvas…. The smallest I would probably recommend is 16 x 20
