hello there, I am a husband and a father of 3 grown kids, my average shopping bill per week is around $150-200, ie. food, hair products, laundry, kitchen needs, I have a walmart, target, riteaid, cvs, safeway, luckys, and even a dollar tree within a 2 mile radius from my house, I've been looking at several YouTube videos on couponing 101, i do the shopping in my household due to the difference in times my wife and i work, PLEASE HELP

How do I keep up with what digital coupons I have on my store card? What is the best method for keeping track. anyone please advise.
Couponing in Canada just gets worse and worse. I barely use them anymore. Besides the lack of decent coupons, stores put so many rules in place: Limit 1 price coupon when price matching (so if you price match 3 of the same item, you can only use a coupon on one); One per purchase is one per the entire transaction (and you can't argue with them because it's the company policy). So ridiculous. I'm no crazy couponer, but give me a break.

This won't work at any grocery store where I live. They don't allow use of combining multiple coupons. They also don't allow you to combine paper coupons + online coupons.
I need couponing 101… I only find coupons that say one per item per transaction, difficult.

Yeah, see, this will never happen where I live in Florida.
Say no when you kids throw in all kinds of snacks. They won't die! I only buy one snack item for my girls. If they fuss and make a tantrum I don't buy anything. But that's just me.
