Theres still this question floating around. Do people with oily skin have to moisturise. And as someone with oily skin who sees great improvement with moisturisers, I say yes!
There are circumstances where you may not want to, say you are super oily, you may just want to use a moisturising serum and a sunscreen and leave it at that as layering up could be too much for some very oily skinned people.
But our skin can still massively benefit from moisturiser. Us people with oily skin tend to want to cleanse more, exfoliate more often and even consistently wipe at our skin. All this can have an a negative effect on our skin barrier so its important that we care for it.
So today I’m going to share my favourite moisturisers of all time, that have cared for my oily skin and not left me looking like a greasy mess.

My skin has turned from oily as all get out to combo leaning dry, so I have a whole new set of moisturizers now, but the Clinique oil free moisturizing gel (not the clear jelly) saved my skin as my second moisturizer ever! (My first was the neutrogena hydro boost, but something in that bugged my skin)

Loved this video! I’m always trying new moisturizers that I feel do their job and don’t feel too heavy. Have you tired cosrx’s 92 snail all in one cream? It’s my current favorite, I use it alone in the morning and seal it with cerave at night.
I love the mugwort cream from I’m from and I literally received the Klairs moisturizer this morning and I just applied it 15 min ago, I really like how it feels but the packaging … the texture is like a runny pudding and it get everywhere if you’re not careful !!! Maybe they should have made it a tube or like the moisturizers from Kate Somerville ???

Neeeeeeeeded this!!!!!! Moisturizer and sunscreen are the hardest thing to nail down as an oily skinned person. I have tried a billion of each it feels like. So much money and still not completely happy.
