What you are saying violates the coupon and is considered coupon fraud. If a store had a BOGO and you used a BOGO coupon then it would be fine. A BOGO MANUFACTER COUPON applies to both items always.
So when I present my stack of coupons at checkout ill need to make sure that they are stack in a order of which the discount coupon comes before the BOGO coupon. If it works, good to know!
For me it's not about not wanting other people to get the deal. It's the fact that sometimes I can do it and sometimes I get a cashier or CSM that absolutely won't. I'd be just fine if the whole location did it the same but with it depending on what cashier or CSM is working? It's just too much of a hassle.
I don't hate others for getting this deal. I hate that Walmart, a national company, doesn't have a uniform coupon policy and leaves it up to the manager. That is what isn't fair. Their policy needs to be reviewed and made the same in all stores. Why should I not get the deals because our manager is , I don't even know what, but that's my little rant for the day.
I tried that yesterday at my Walmart and when the cashier scanned the second coupon, the bogo, the register beeped and he said I could only use one of them. My Walmarts is horrible, I called the district one day.they wouldn't let me use a coupon with 3 cents overage and I was told they had seven calls that week about that particular Walmart.

can i do this deal… buy razor $3.97 bogo
so 3.97+3.97=7.94
-3.00-3.00-3.97=-2.03
so (2) 3.00 off
and (1) bogo coupon.
I was told by my Walmart that the new coupons are coded to not accept another coupon with a BOGO.
