You dont get money bock on a coupon I spent a lot of coupons in the items that I get sometimes don't add up to as much as it is on the coupon they just throw the coupon in the drawer and be done with it you don't get the remainder of the money on the coupon that's like the company paying you the money plus the product crazy people he's an idiot
The customer is right, as long as the product matches, and the coupon didn't list any restrictions, Walmart coupon policy states that they will get the money back, either as store credit or cash. I've done it. Fine print almost always says that, not only do they get reimbursed the value of the coupon, they get 8 cents in addition to each coupon for shipping.
He is wrong where he argues with the manager about the coupon limit. If the coupon says limit 1 per transaction, then they have to ring them up individually or else the store might not get reimbursed for the coupon.
It's been a long time since I was in retail, but many situations could be easily de-escalated if the cashier would engage with the customer while the situation is being checked out – rather than acting like they were invisible – just saying
I was a cashier for walmart for almost a year & this had never happened to me. I hated the ppl who had a wick check n didnt know what items they could get & not get lol. Then they would get snotty with me, like bitch, i didnt have you open your legs n have this child you cant afford to feed 💀. Working at walmart was dope tho, they fired my ass cuz of my attendance lmao.
PER WALMART COUPON POLICY: If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase.
DON'T BUY ANYMORE FROM WALMART AT LEAST FOR A COUPLE DAYS Will see a difference after. but every 1 needs to do it at the same time, 1 day without shopping in Walmart will make the executives to taka care.
@lolalucy14 you are being rude leaving a statement here that IS wrong……he was not rude concidering that he had already waited 5 min for someone to come over and basically never said anything….the manager should have apoligized for the wait first thing ……..and walmart wasnt paying a fuckin thing…………..manufacturer coupons that the store will get ALL the credit for…….and in the end the guy was right and got the money…..then the manager should have said you were right sorry
