My booster never comes off when I spend $20 .. what am I doing wrong ?

They never give me a receipt when I get a curbside. So I've done several curbside orders and should've gotten Fetch points and they never give me a receipt.
I did this deal and had the $10 back as estimated then they only gave back $5 for haircare. I called and they said booster is only $20 after coupons

Omg Sally beauty added Nexxus to their store! Sometimes we get 5$ coupons! Must call Corporate first to let your store know. They do have to override it

So I went to pick up my online order and my points are still not in my app from my hair are deal? What do I do? When I checked out I didn’t type my number at check out, because it was an online order. How do I get my $10 to add to my app? My receipt said I was owed estimated $10 tho…
I am so envy with your online/curbside pick up. My 1stime was last week and it was a mess. And I gave it a try for this and it was worst. Never again!! It says they didn an adj with my order because they were out of scott toilet paper but they have 4 on the shelves. And I used 20 w cash & $2 using my cc.. but on the receipt showed i used $5 only. How can I get the rest of my w cash? I called the customer service and they told me that atleast I only pay couple dollars for the items I got. But I also lost my w cash. They didn't want to give it back to me. What should I do? Please help occ

Warning to those ordering online. I did the shampoo deal and they didn't have all of the products I'd ordered in stock so they shorted me one item making my total fall under the amount I needed to use my $5 WG for spending $20 and negating the $10 in WC I would have gotten back for spending $20 as well. I had said in my order they could sub for the same product line but they didn't do so. So, when I saw I wasn't going to get my WC I called and asked if they could modify my order to add another product. The said couldn't because I had ordered online- so I cancelled my order- however, when I cancelled I also lost all of my coupons AND my booster because Walgreens considered them spent when I placed my order. 🙁 Now I can't even do the deal in store. Someone suggested the I put all the stuff I wanted in my cart at the store and then place an online order letting them ring it up as an online order so I can get the cheaper price but still know I was getting everything I needed. Next time I am going to try it!!

On the first deal (shampoo deal) yesterday I got a $6 off $25 printed coupon for picking up medicine can I stack that by doing the deal in store? (To save money and lower my oops) and will I still get the $10 walgreens cash?
