It makes sense. You post printable, share-able, relevant discounts on your website with the intention to drive sales and then you conveniently forget they are there when no one calls to redeem them. Hmm…That’s what happened back in November of 2011 when I discovered on this DIY training call that one of our local small businesses had neglected to update their web coupon (for over a year).
It’s so easy to fix. If you’re watching this video, here’s two things you can do right now to fix this problem:
1. Go to your website and check to see if your coupons or other discounts are up-to-date.
