How can you offer a discount to someone who just liked your item, but does not appear in your dressing room?

I have no idea how much I should offer customers on bundles – if I already offer a bundle discount, say 10% on 2 or more items, why should I offer a bigger discount? Do people expect you to go lower? $200 for an initial $385 seems really, reeeaaally low to me!

What if you already have your items on sale?

Thanks for the video. I was wondering how the new feature worked. Just wanted to thank you for your videos. I love that they’re not too long and you don’t draw it out, straight to the point. Thanks again look forward to more videos to come. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Thanks for the tutorial! My experience is offering discounts from abandoned partial bundles has not shown any action-sigh- also, my thoughts of the shipping discount is good I guess if you are selling high ticket items- but otherwise I don't care for it because it puts pressure on you to discount or offer free shipping on top of the 20% that Poshmark takes out. I just had someone ask for discounted shipping on an $11 item. They did not purchase during the one hour CCO shipping discount offer. I had already marked it down for CCO and $11 was the lowest I wanted to go- to take another $1.50 on top of the %20 from Posh was just too much. I had to say no and haven't heard back from her since. CCO was over and my item went back up to regular price. So I think if you have high ticket items then 6.50 for free shipping isn't a big deal. When you have small items it is and then that can be a deal breaker because you appear not to be generous. Two requests for Posh: 1) don't make the discount off of historical prices for CCO. Make it off of current price. 2) Make the shipping discount for the entire CCO day- not just one hour. People may not see the email/text about the discounted shipping until its too late and then they don't buy or they expect us to offer the discounted shipping and if you can't you are the one who looks bad and misses a sale. Thanks for listening!
